1.1 Scope of Agreement

These terms & conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 1wine platform and its users ("you" or "user"). These Terms apply to all services, games, bonuses, and activities on the platform, whether accessed through the 1wine website, mobile application, or any other channel. By registering on 1wine or starting to use the site, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

1.2 Eligibility Requirements

To use 1wine's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You are of sound mind and are using this platform voluntarily.
• Online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You will maintain only one account on this platform.
• You are playing with your own funds, not someone else's.

1.3 Language & Interpretation

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict between a translation in another language and the Bengali version, the Bengali version shall prevail.

2.1 Registration Process

When opening an account on 1wine, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Your name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information must all be entered correctly. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent fraud, 1wine may request identity verification documents at any time. These may include:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of your payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account).
• Information about the source of funds where applicable.

Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing your account details with anyone is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact [email protected] immediately.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as bonus abuse. In such cases, all accounts and associated funds may be forfeited.

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

1wine currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as BRAC Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

All deposits must come from your own account. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account closure.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, though they may take longer if a verification process is ongoing. Withdrawals are always made via the same payment method used for the deposit.

• The option to cancel a withdrawal request while it is being processed is limited.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements on an active bonus have not been met.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual transactions.
• All withdrawal amounts will be in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

3.3 Transaction Fees

1wine does not generally charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (such as bKash, Nagad, or your bank) may apply their own fees, for which 1wine is not responsible.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳32,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: Receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.

• Wagering only counts in specific game categories — see the promotions page for details.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after claiming the bonus.
• If wagering is not completed, the bonus balance and any winnings earned from the bonus will be forfeited.
• Each bonus may have its own terms — read them before claiming.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Abusing the bonus system — such as creating multiple accounts, attempting to fulfill wagering requirements through low-risk bets, or any other manipulative method — is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

1wine ensures fair play across all games. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to keep game outcomes impartial and random. There is no possibility of manipulating the outcome of any game.

5.2 Game Cancellation & Technical Errors

If a game is cancelled due to a technical error or system failure, the bet for that game will be refunded. If a win is incorrectly displayed due to a technical error, 1wine reserves the right to void that win.

5.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting

In sports betting, if the nature, rules, or result of an event change after a bet has been accepted, the bet may be re-evaluated. Specific rules apply for tied or cancelled events. If your internet connection is lost during live betting, any bet already accepted will remain as placed.

5.4 Maximum Win Limits

Maximum win limits may apply to specific games or events. These limits are stated individually in each game's description. Verification may be required for unusually large winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1wine platform:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to interfere with game software or systems.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other artificial assistance.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Using third-party payment accounts.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Having others place bets on your behalf ("arbitrage betting").

Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure, possible forfeiture of funds, and legal action where necessary.

7.1 Service Interruptions

1wine makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform. However, temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, server upgrades, internet connectivity issues, or unforeseen circumstances. 1wine will not be liable for any losses in such cases.

7.2 Internet & Device Issues

1wine is not responsible for any issues caused by your internet connection, device, or software. If your connection is lost during a game, the bet will remain recorded on the server as placed.

7.3 Limit on Financial Liability

Under any circumstances, 1wine's total liability shall not exceed the amount you wagered in any single transaction. Participation in gambling carries financial risk — please play responsibly.

8.1 Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any active bonuses will be cancelled before the account is closed. However, your actual deposited balance (excluding bonuses) will remain withdrawable.

8.2 Suspension by 1wine

1wine reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Regulatory or legal requirements.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. Details of any fees applicable to inactive accounts will be communicated by email.

9.2 SSL Security

Your information may be shared with trusted third parties only for the purpose of providing services. Information may also be disclosed to meet legal requirements.

10.1 Right to Amend

1wine reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users will be given advance notice of significant changes — via email or through a notice on the site.

10.2 Continued Use After Changes
